Smarte-Solutions has been working with Linco Research for about two years. We
initially were attracted to her background in manufacturing and inventory accounting systems, an area where we were having significant problems. Our previous software provider
had been of little help.
Karen Smart came on site and prepared a complete needs-analysis for our company, considering
both our business model and internal practices in manufacturing and accounting. She analyzed our needs and presented an integrated solution to the departments at Linco. In
the fall of 2003, Karen performed this major accounting system upgrade for us. The software upgrade, and the process improvements that Karen identified, have resulted in
increased inventory accuracy, reduced out of stock situations, and an overall increase in our manufacturing efficiency.
Karen has an excellent relationship with the staff at Linco, and she is held in very high regard
