Karen Smart

In the Sage community, Karen Smart is well known for bringing people together by hosting the annual pre-conference Sage Insights dinner and as a dedicated Contract Instructor for Sage Software. Karen holds an accounting degree from Washburn University, Topeka, KS and Sage Software certifications in Sage Accpac, Sage Pro, Manufacturing, Job Cost and SageCRM. Karen has been honored with Sage's Presidents Circle and Chairman's Club emblems since 2006. Karen enjoys working on larger projects and ensures accuracy and consistency in the process. Karen says, 'My goal is to offer the best solutions and services to those that need THE BEST.' In addition, Karen's consistent loyalty to her customers has earned her one of the highest customer loyalty ratings from Sage Software out of all Sage business partners in North America!

Dean Smart

Dean is Vice President of Smart e-Solutions Inc. With a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Dean has an extensive background in heavy manufacturing, vendor quality assurance, machining, fabricating and metallurgy. Dean authored a vendor quality tracking system for GMC and has extensive experience in technical software and programming support for CAD/CAM/FEA. Dean brings unique skills to understanding the challenges facing manufacturing clients.

Linda Kiernan

Linda brings with her a vast amount of knowledge and experience from previous employment with the University of Kansas , and a working knowledge of sales and marketing as a Unit Leader of Avon Products, Inc. Linda is still an active Independent Sales Representative and Unit Leader for AVON, the number one direct sell beauty supplier in the United States . She has been with AVON for 14 years and has been a member of their Honor Society with yearly sales exceeding $23,000. Karen Smart says, 'What really struck me about Linda is her energy level and a genuine desire to do whatever it takes to make a customer happy. Those are core values we adhere to at Smart e-Solutions, so it is important for us to find people with similar standards and ethics.' Currently, Linda is bringing herself up-to-speed by attending Sage training and certification courses. She was recently accepted into the Sage HireAssist program where she will learn about the Sage Accpac product and other third party products that integrate to Sage Accpac.
