Information on the Recent Merger of Smart e-Solutions and WAC, Inc. – June 15, 2007 -  The WAC Consulting Group, which was formed in the early 2000's when WAC Consulting, CDM Associates and PC Helper joined forces to provide their customers with a larger portfolio of business technology solutions, has grown in 2007 to include a number of key software resellers with one common mission: to serve the technology needs of small and mid-size businesses through out the nation.
